Terms of Use

1. Overview of the Service

Anytime Projects provides proactive property-preservation and on-demand home maintenance coordinated through subscription membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Members receive rate-locked pricing, tier discounts on eligible service actions, and scheduling for included and add-on services. Work is performed by vetted partner contractors dispatched on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your contact profile, including your name, property address, and contact details. Rate locks and service records are legally linked to this profile, so you agree to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Memberships, Billing & Renewals

Membership tiers are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current rate for your tier and billing cycle until you cancel.

• Annual plans are billed once per year and reflect the discounted annual rate.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Member rate locks apply for the duration of an active membership term as described at signup.
• Tier discounts apply only to eligible add-on service actions and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Prices, tiers, and discount percentages may change; any changes will apply to renewals after notice and will not alter the rate lock of an already-active annual term.

4. Service Orders, Scheduling & Dispatch

Included services are provided as part of your tier; add-on or upsell services may incur additional charges shown before you confirm. Scheduling is subject to partner-contractor availability, weather, seasonality (for services such as snow removal), and access to your property. Certain services require safe and reasonable access; if access cannot be provided, a visit may be rescheduled or a callout fee may apply.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current paid term except where required by law. Fees for completed services are non-refundable. Where a scheduled service has not yet been performed, we will work with you in good faith on a credit or refund of that specific service.

6. Partner Contractors

Services are performed by independent, vetted partner contractors and not by Anytime Projects directly. We coordinate dispatch, vetting, and compliance checks, but you acknowledge that contractors are independent third parties. We are not liable for the independent acts or omissions of contractors beyond our coordination obligations, except as required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
• Misrepresent your identity, property ownership, or authorization to request work.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, iconography, and software, are owned by or licensed to Anytime Projects & Solutions and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling estimates will always be met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anytime Projects & Solutions and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anytime Projects & Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
